GiftMatch is a free gift recommendation service that uses artificial intelligence to suggest relevant products based on your preferences (budget, occasion, relationship, interests).

GiftMatch uses artificial intelligence services (including OpenAI) to analyze your preferences and generate search queries. Your search criteria are processed by these AI services to provide relevant recommendations.

Important: GiftMatch is a recommendation and redirection service. We do not sell, deliver, or manage the products displayed on the platform. All purchases are made directly on third-party websites (including AliExpress), and these are subject to their own terms and conditions.

2. Affiliate Links and Monetization

GiftMatch participates in affiliate programs, including the AliExpress Affiliate Program. This means:

• Product links on the platform are affiliate links
• When you make a purchase through these links, GiftMatch may receive a commission from the seller, at no additional cost to you
• Affiliate commissions do not influence the order or selection of recommendations — our AI prioritizes relevance and quality
• Prices displayed on GiftMatch are informational and may differ from the final price on the seller's website

3. Terms of Use

By using GiftMatch, you agree to:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Not use robots, scrapers, or other automated methods to access the Platform without our consent
• Not reproduce, distribute, or modify the Platform's content without permission
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of others' rights
• Not include personal data of third parties (such as names, addresses, or phone numbers) in the free-text message field

• We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Service
• We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the use of the Service or from purchases made through our links
• We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites we redirect to
• Our total liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law

7. Information Accuracy

We strive to display correct and up-to-date information. However, prices, availability, product descriptions, and images are automatically retrieved from third-party platforms and may contain inaccuracies. The final price, shipping conditions, and complete product details should always be verified on the seller's website before purchase.
